Unable to Reinstall

Downloaded the game once and have file damage.. did file repairs multiple times plenty of restarts.. uninstalled the game using the uninstall application within the folders and now im attempting to re download and its telling me i already have an existing download.. since it says that it asks me to give it the existing path in which is once used.. that which is no longer available since it is completely off my PC.. at this point i cannot.. Repair, Reinstall or delete this none functional launcher.. also since i have both of those issues it will no longer allow the existence of another launcher.. just wana play this game :(

I can't find NCLauncher when I try to reinstall the game :( so if this is what happen to you, you not alone mate :((
