Player PR sect

I was wondering if there is any plans to have a player support team ingame and if not, if we could have one? Something that the GMs or other staff choose people in the community who can be in areas such as towns or starting areas to give support to new players or players who have questions? Maybe they could be distinguished by a title that they can equip when they are "on duty" so to speak. Ideas?
