[UI Bug] - Names and chat bubbles bugged/covered by the effects.

Hello,

 

I searched around the forums this bug and did not find it, so I decided to post it.

 

Q: When does the bug appear?

A: Every time.

 

Q: What exactly happens?

A: Parts of the -if not- the entire name/bubble disappears, being overlapped by the background.

 

Q: Any temp fix?

A: Print screen seems to fix the problem for a moment.

 

As a modder I am pretty sure that the order of the effects, not to mention that I encountered the same bug a year ago in another "new" MMO and the fix was simple from what have I been told.
