Did not receive my Hongmoon coins

Hi,

 

I found 3 of these hongmoon tokens, and bought dragonstones to change them into Hongmoon coins. First one worked fine, so I tried second one and it does nothing, telling me i have to receive the coins from my previous change before. So I looked into my Hongmoon coins and yea, I have 0, though 1st try had no error and told me I won 105 coins.

 

I dont know where I can receive these coins, anyone has this problem, and maybe the solution ?
