Really Need Help with this crash, disconnect ... EtC

Guys, this is my problems, which i knew many player also have:

1. Client Crash 4049 - possibly because of GameGuard - have to RESTART the whole computer.

2. Black Screen on Skipping cutscenes - make you queue again = increase number of queueing player = wasting time 

3. Stop making things worse, i dont have any problem in Close Beta Test - what did you do ? Seriously

 

I personally think that BnS should fix or at least say something about error and crash, not just long - queue problem. 

 

ALL I NEED IS AN ANSWER FROM BNS, STOP IGNORING US PLEASE
