I keep getting disconnected while entering port hole gates

I keep getting disconnected while entering port hole gates. Like the first on when you enter the next area or the second dungeon. I have been disconnected three times already when I try to enter the second dungeon. I have used file repair but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. Please fix it. Thanks
