Game crashes then closes after using certain portals.

I have deleted the bin and reinstalled etc, everything is fine other than when I try to enter certain portals the game doesn't respond and then closes with no error# just a log to say report this to ncsoft.

 

I've looked at other error troubleshooting and nothing has helped.

 

And I can't start certain main quests because when I try to enter the dungeonit just closes.

I have the same issue. It seems to get worse the busier the server is, I'm not sure if there is a connection.

This has happened to me twice so far, i wouldnt mind so much if not for the long queue's when i have to restart the game.

I wouldn't mind it if I could do any other quests in the story line but I can't because I can't enter the dungeon to finish the other one -.-

 

Oh and a 3 hour maintenance just to add another server, nothing related to maybe fixing the bugs that players are experiencing lol.
