Faction Change?

Hi I am on the Sopa server.  I accidentally joined Cerulean Order and all of my friends joined Crimson Legion.  My question is can I change factions?  How do I do it?  Does it even matter?  We like to PvP and will start our own clan.  Let me know, thanks friends.

In the next zone after Viridian Coast, you're able to pay for a faction change... But it should cost you about 10 silver to do so. Unfortunately, Crimson Legion is usually full.

 

On a side note, you'll have to buy a new uniform which is 6 silver.
