Could we get some more options when it comes to Texture Resolution?

Recently I've been playing around with this option, and in general have been thinking that it is a bit...limiting, for lack of a better word, for those trying to customize graphical settings for good performance whilst also letting the game maintain it's good looks. 

 

My biggest issue with this option is that you can't choose what you want to look good or bad - it lowers everything, from Character to Environmental Textures, where as I (and others) would just like to lower the texture resolution of the world a bit whilst maintaining the nice looks / view of our characters (along with NPCs and other players.) 

 

So I was wondering if in the future we could possibly get an option or changes that allow us to play around with our textures a bit more?
