Blackwyrm death bug?

I'm not completely sure if this is a bug or not but during Blackwyrm, I died and I was not able to revive or be revived at all. Even when the time ran out it just left me there dead. I even tried to escape out and it just took me to the watchtowers dead but cant revive still. The only thing that "fixed" is re-logging and this so far happened 2x times to me. By time I get back in the channel is already full lol. Anyone else experiencing this to or found a way to solve?

I have had the same thing happen to me. Was guessing that to many times dieng it happens to you but haven't found an answer to this either it sure does suck though.,
