A few things to be done that might help

1. add more servers (currently being done apparently)

 

2. add an option to regularly enough switch what server your character is on (like Tera has but a bit more often would be ideal)

 

3. Make the Pvp arenas Multi-server (like i assume the server dungeons are)

 

4. a Server capacity meter (not knowing if I'm stepping into a server of smashed bodies is petty much a flip of a coin at the moment)

 

5. make the tutorial area not require a server so people can atleast try out their new characters (without fearing an hour+++ wait time)

 

6. make a button after you finished queuing to get into the game so if you afk to let the queue let you in the new afk kicker doesn't punt you back out of the server before you get back
