Dualshock 4 issue

I am using a dualshock 4 to play and anytime I try to use the left analog stick for the mouse in menus, the mouse will randomly jump to another part of the screen repeatedly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

try another controller to see if it does the same thing if it does the same thing than you can try a any controller to 360 controller mod for pc or something...

I tried an xbox one controller and that worked fine. I have no other dualshock 4 controller but that's the only kind of controller I can play for any length of time without much discomfort.

What drivers are you using for your DS4 controller?

I am using the latest DS4 windows. I also tried inputmapper but it has the same issue.

oh umm... Does it have problems in all games? I would try completely uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling them if you haven't done so already. Other then this I have no idea, sorry

Nope. It's only having this issue in blade and soul. It works fine for running around. only has this issue when I have to use the analog stick for the mouse

sounds like an issue with the game itself then.  I don't know what to do about it or what else to say..

Does anyone else have any idea what could be causing this? To summarize, I am still having this issue almost a week later and I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling drivers to updating them and trying different USB slots.

Only my dualshock 4 has this issue and only with this game while using the left analog stick as a mouse. 
I am also using DS4windows still and have tried inputmapper with the same results.

 

Please help me Blade and Soul forum users. You're my only hope.
