Two seconds delay? Notebook problem Asus!

Hello! Well, at the opening I start with 2 seconds of delay! I'm not kidding

 

I Have: Notebook Asus G751JY  (GTX980 - i7 - 24GB)

 

When I write in the chat I press "ENTER" then, two seconds after the words appear!

 

wait...

 

In fight is worst... When i press a skill two seconds or three seconds later the skill appear !!! I cant play like this...

 

I tested BnS on another computer on my house with the same conection and is doing fine, 0 delay...

 

Please anybody had this and solved it ? maybe a Asus program is blocking me... don't know please help me to solve this
