Having a party and doing normal story quests bugs

When going through quests in a party you can encounter a bug if someone else in your party completed the same instance and is still in the area. For example if you are in a party and you just completed the quests in Everdusk and you have to rescue the NPC in the Blackram South Anchor, the NPC will not spawn if your party member has rescued him beforehand.
