Login/Security Problems

I'll cut to the chase, whenever I try and log in to my account using the game launcher, it requires a code from my email every single time, I was just wondering if that was on some sort of option that I missed or an actual problem because I make sure the box that says remember current IP address is ticked?

Do You have a constant IP address, or does your router give You a new one every now and then?
