ı can't join server

ı create character after select server and press start. I wait queue after ı lunch the game video comes aaaand game closed. I don't know english sorry for the bad language. And now ı have another problem. I skipt first in game video after consol says disconnect server. But this is imposibble because ı wacth 1080p videos realy good.
