Duelist Bundle Not Applied

I bought a Duelist Bundle yesterday and thought the benefits (items+premium membership) would be applied automatically.  It's been 24 hours and nothing.  Am I missing something?  Anything in regards to this issue would be great.

Is it applied by now? I am considering buying the bundle too but I don't want to wait several days.
