Founder Pack premium points not added to account?

So I bought the Initiate Founder Pack which should've given me ~22k Premium points, but now that I bought the Student Pack for 7-day Premium I'm only rank 1 with ~3.5k points. Shouldn't I be at least rank 2 Premium after buying the founder pack AND the student pack?

I guess I'll never see those premium points added to my account?

Did you at least get premium status? I bought the founders pack months ago, with like 90 days of premium status. logging in today I have no points, and in the 'regular user' que.

Yeah, it happened to me too! Maybe we have to purchase a 30 days and + premium pack?
