Premium question

I want to buy premium on Windrest but since there's queue times I can't login in game to buy the 30 days premium, so I was wondering if I login on a less populated server make a character there and buy the premium if it affects the account, like if the premium is global. For example if I buy the premium on Ebon Hall do I still get the premium on Windrest and so on?

Yes, premium is global. I don't even think you need to log into a server. There is a button for lobby marketplace or something like that. Should be able to buy premium in there.
