Game keeps disconnecting

Hi all, I keep getting frozen in the game ( like I am disconnected, can't attack, log out etc) and it happens A LOT. I disabled my firewall, antivirus, and run as admin, and my connection is 15mbps/5mbps, and it isn't having any issues, any fixes?
