black screen everytime

hi,

i've a problem with black screen and not only after skipping cutscene but always during the game... while fighting, while walking, while navigate on the menu.

i'm playing in my laptop:

msi gt72s with:

 

cpu: i7 skylake

gpu: gtx 980m

8gb ram,

 

i can play the game at maximun details for 50-60 fps but also in low pc's spec the black screen persist so i what can i do?

Ur not alone im playing on laptop asus rog g20

And i got black or white screen and i need to reboot computer

Unfortunely ncsoft do nothing about this 

Exept Uninstal razer gamefirst...

But this step doesent work at all.

seems that this game doesnt want run on (any) laptop ... it's unplayable for me
