FIXED ERROR 4049

Want to fix this? TURN OFF YOU'RE MALEWARE FIGHTER. Same issue happened with Aion and people could not launch it.

I did exactly 10 tests to try this theory and everytime with maleware fighter on i get, "Error 4049". When I turn it off, the game launches just fine.
