Cannot complete quest

So I was in my training quest where I was asked to do the combo "Soaring Falcon, Phantom Grip, Power Slam" but no matter how many times I done them, in won't mark as complete on the quest. 

I know sometime it need to be use as a combo to finish off the trainer/dummy but this time she kept disappear before I can finish her with the combo. It's so frustrating because even if I went out and in again, it won't change anything. 

 

Any idea how to fix this would be appreciate it.

NVM I just figured out. For those of you who got stuck like this, just move back to the middle circle and use it from there.
