Failed to connect to server

 Okay so first i need to say i'm from EU and i downloaded the game yesterday,January 19th.I logged in,created a character and played for like 2 hours but then i got disconnected.I came back into the game (apparently it was because of the ''Server's down for Maintenance'' issue)and then went offline.After some time i decided to log in again but a window would pop up after i entered my PIN: ''Failed to connect to server(104)''.I thought that i could as well ty today,and went i decided to try it,it had the same issue.Is there a way to fix it?

same problem cant even change my pin and new accounts forces me to use my old pin and doesn't let me create a new one.
