BnSCrashReport hardware configuration

If someone could help me this would be a big help i've download and reinstalled about 6 times. Its always been something new. Ive also did a reset my computer so its clean again. Now its giving me an error that says "An error has occurred in your Blade Soul client

An error report has been made regarding the status of the installed Blade 7 Soul client, you hardware configuration, the DDL list loaded to the memory and data relevant to other clients errors.

Can someone please help ive been trying to figure this out and I haven't had any luck please and thank you :D
