download stop at 27MB

so the download keep stop alot but well when i reupdate it start again and stop well this was my life with this launcher but now it stop complete at 27MB when i start it keep go down from 2MB to 10KB and then to 500b 

anyone know how to fix it ? this the 2nd day and im watting the game to download

yes but when i click update it dont move 1MB

If you keep going on update you everytime move up by 50mb, takes centuries that way, but no idea how to fix it.
