Client crashed when i log in game

when client is loading i received this error

Microsoft Visual C++ RunTime Library

Runtime Error!

Prfram: E\Juegos\NCSoft\BnS\bin\Client.exe

I skip it and when log in game, this crashed with my player where is all people. Game still running if i log with my other chard in hongmoon History. sorry for my bad English. Hpe can you help me.
