Bug of Version 10 / 9.6 Mb leaving but not lower nothing!

I have many errors with launch download, but nothing to stop the download progress like that. When this error appeared could not download the rest of the game , the dregs .Please resolve this bug , I waited six years to play BNS and now I can not because of a stupid bug like that.
