I have really low fps even on medium settings when i have pretty good laptop( acer predator ) that's insane...

 

Specs:

 

Win 10 ( i guess that's the problem, but comon win 10 have been for a while and you should optize it already )

intel i7-6700 HQ

8 gb ram ddr4

graphic gforce gtx 970 3gb
