[Assassin] Shadow Slash Tier 3 Stage 4

So I was trying out a few new things and I was looking at the Shadow Slash T3S4. I was wondering what the "Reduces Duration" is referring to? Because at T2S4, the cooldown is reduced from 45s down to 3s. Then at T3, you get +Reduces Duration. What does that do? Cause the cooldown is definitely still 3s, nothing has changed there.

It would seem as though "Reduces Druation" means reducing the animation time.

I tested it, can't really say the animation changed or got faster.
