OTP Code?

Hey there everyone,

 

Just downloaded the game and jumped in, only to find that I need a one time OTP code. I am not really sure how I go about getting one of these? It says that it gets sent to your e-mail but I have not received a code at all. Can someone enlighten me on how I go about getting one of these? I already have an account with NCsoft, so I have met that requirement. I live in Canada, Ontario as well, so I don't think I should be restricted at all.

 

Any help would be great. Would love to jump in and play.
