Specified path not found

Just installed the game off the website, but when i click the icon on my desktop it gives me an error message saying C:\Program Files (x86)NCWest\NCLauncher\NCLauncher.exe The specified path does not exist. I everything onto my F: drive, though, because my C: drive has no space.

Had same issue. I downloaded the launcher from this link.
