HALP. Where's the server List?

Hi everyone
so like I've been in queue for 3 hrs now and I gave up
and then i tried to back to the other servers but I can't seem to

...more like I don't know how to LOL 
so help? Where do i go??

Selecting a server is the last step at the end of character creation. To join a different server, you can create a new character and select the one you want when prompted at the end. There currently isn't any way to transfer existing characters to other servers, but NCSoft did offer to transfer founder's pack items for those who rolled on high population servers initially. More info on that here. Does that answer it all?

so we only get 2 characters out of all the servers, not like 2 per server?

You only get 2 slots free, after that you need to buy  more character slots, and you chose  the server at the end of char creation, maybe in time they will give free slots but for now  that's  enough.
