Remapping Blindside to AA/DD

I use a logitetch g13 game pad. It works fine for everything except for trying to use blindside (the sidestep) on my blade master.  Because I use the thumbpad for movement, it's not possible for me to map Q or E (blindside) in any comfortable way. What I'd like to do is make it so AA or DD activates blindside instead. It seems like this shouldn't be difficult considering SS activates the backflip. Is there an option in the menus somewhere that I'm not seeing?  

 

Alternatively, I know the logitech g13 is capable of some macros. I'm thinking I could create a macro that activates 'Q' when I double tap on 'A'. Does anyone know how to do this or if its even possible?
