Anyone know this Weapon Skin? (Summoner)

Does anyone know where or how to get this skin? Might be a silly question. Everytime I ask someone with this staff, they're either afk or ignoring me. >:

You should have been able to look at their character info. I'm fairly certain that if you hover over the weapon it will tell you the weapon as well as what skin is currently applied.

I did and it was a Hongmoon stage 10 weapon but it doesn't say the name of the appearance that was used on it.

..Derp. You're right it is. I just never bothered to preview it and I skinned my weapon very early before I got Stalker. Thanks. <3
