Window and Combat error

Okay my problem first started with the brutal delay in combat when I left click for basic attacks. It takes 10 seconds for the server to even respond to one click yet everything else as far as movement and clicking chat bubbles are just fine. FPs is pretty decent and I have it set to max even when it drops in busy areas It can do 60 to 50fps. Now my biggest issue is when I tried to set the options to low end PC and optimized for combat and the entire window went from a normal windowed mode to so tiny I can't even see the options anymore to change it back! now I am stuck with no way of being able to do anything! Please help if you have any idea what is going on.
