Can't get launcher to download file

I've been trying all day, the file wont download to run the game. I haven't gotten in once. This has only been happening on the download patch. If anyone could give me some tips it would be really helpful. :)

im having this same problem, it will get to "Downloading repair files" and just freeze... ive tried restarting the client and the computer alotgether and it wont go any futher.

ended up going with the full reinstall sadly... so ill update in about 2 hours if anything helped or changed -_-

end result: full reinstall works to fix the problem, and with que times for some people the time to reinstall shouldn't be too bad...
