Title message wont go away

I've tried every interface option and it wont come out. I've also tried to relocate it using the UI mover but its like it isnt even there. I tried accepting the quests that the message talk about and it didnt go away.

I've got that annoying shit too and no one seems to know how to get rid of it.  The "tips" make me never want to play since they take up so much room.  It's a terrible design and even a rookie developer would know never to put that much shit on the screen.

Mine went away after I accepted all 3 of the side quests available at this point. I hope that works for you!
