ERROR_Invalid argument! e_e all time

soo hi :/ i have this problem " ERROR_Invalid argument! " on my NCLauncher
-i make win7 and xp compatibility mode and not working
-with administrator also

-I disable the computer firewall and antivirus

e_e plz help me..
