Worst launch ever?

So I have spent two days trying to install this game that my friend insisted I try. For the most part, every time I type my login credentials to launch the launcher, it freezes and closes out. Today I finally got to the point where it let me start the launcher, began downloading, and then proceeded to slowly bog down my internet until the internet itself cut off. Now it constantly gives me the same error and will not let me launch the launcher again. I have tried numerous installs in different locations, and have yet to get to a point where I have actually installed the full game. What a garbage launch to a game that I have yet to even try. If you guys wanted new players (customers) you probably should have made sure you had some more of the bugs worked out before launching.
