Joining Faction bug?

Well I'm on the chapter 17 quest and it says to complete the "Call of the Warring Faction" quest in order to complete that quest, but I have no idea where it is. I can't find it looking on the maps. So I'm completely stuck.

I too have the same problem. The faction npc that should be in Bamboo Village are not for me.

Apparently the second i expanded my quest log(the one on the side of the screen) there were a few quests open for me to accept. Includding my class quests and the call of the warring factions.I too have the same problem. The faction npc that should be in Bamboo Village are not for me.
