any one had this error before!?

hello

 

i have this error and till now i cant solve it. i re-install the game over 5 times with same error. i tried to re-install launcher and the game but still nothing new and game is not opening.

 

im stucked in this and cant figure the reason of that!

and after 2-3 min loading i got this error

any one can help me please?
