Game crashes after start game

Hi all i was wating ages for this game. I finally download the client make updates create character and after i press start game the engine frozes and after like 1 minute it just show me bug send report without any errors displaying or something. I even tried to change settings for slower pc so on nothing helped me. Anyone can help me ? Thanks
