disconnected from server (1000) (132, 15100)

Ok guys, problem solved after days of searching. Its funny how this guy claims " After days of supports saying my pc cant handle the game ". Ncsoft, I know being support during a release its kinda tyring ( because Ive been at this situation ) But come on.. Its intended to be helpfull not helpless.

Hello, 

I'm from Italy and I got the " disconnected from server (1000) (132, 15100)" everytime I started the game.

The game worked only if I used a vpn service.

I fixed it changing the dns on the router. My isp (telecom italia) dns had problems with B&S,I forced the router to use google dns (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), as suggested some posts ago, and it worked like a charm.

try changing your host file to (Read Only)
