Installation Help

Hii, 

 

So, I had the CBT, which I couldn't uninstall via regular means (contol panel) - So I deleted the folder. 

 

I can't run NC Launcher, I get the error message E03001 - The website suggests to run it from Desktop, but it doens't create a desktop shortcut, or has the option to make one in the installation process. 

 

I can't install BsN Light Launcher, because of Error Message 32  

 

Anyone know what's going on, and can offer help??
