Help! pc turning off randomly at character creation

Hi!

 

So i know that a bunch of people are having random crashes and stuff. I tried following a few suggestions from the forum but nothing seems to work. I log in and within 5 min of being in the character creating my computer completely turns off. This is the only game that its happening with and I have no idea what to do to fix it.

Processor

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz

Video Card

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570M

Memory

16 GB

Operating System

Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

 

Really dont think is an overheating issue as ive ran way more intensive things here on my laptop and has never turned off due to overheating. I just cant figure out what seems to be the cause. Any ideas?

Sounds like a heat issue. If your computer works fine with a lot of other games try turning vsync on just to test with bland and soul.

i turned it on, turned the graphics down just in case and nothing. shut off my system within 5 min of trying to create a character, the temperature stays below 80 degrees so is not overheating
