12 hours in a launch week with apparent difficulties and you're climbing the walls? 

 

I get that you have paid money and you want to play, but you need to stop thinking of these support agents as your b*tch and remember that they are human beings with human capabilities and feelings. 

 

I'm fairly sure they are running a significant backlog and no, trained agents able to hit the ground running don't grow on trees.
