Controller Support?

I could have sworn this game had controller support, and there's even a spot for it that is gray.  Did something happen or am I missing something?  Help or an answer would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Controller support is in the game (and works great).

Close the game client. Ensure your controller is on and connected, then launch the game client again.

Does it only support certain controllers? Which one were you guys using? I tried with a 360 one and ps4 one and can't get it to let me access the gamepad tab, although other games detect it without a problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Hmmmm :/ I am also having some controller issues... I am trying to use a wireless xbox 360 controller with the official Microsoft wireless receiver which works great... just not for blade and soul apparently... I have tried rebooting my computer as well as reopening Blade and Soul with the controller actively connected, but the box for gamepad options is still grayed out, and it is not being recognized... 

Does anyone have any hints or suggestions?

(btw I know when I was playing on the russian version I could use Xpadder and it worked)

I'm having a huge issue too. :x My up and down is reversed and I can't change it in-game, and I've rebooted and unplugged my controller.

 

Anyone know how to fix that?
