Graphics Crash?

After the recent update my monitor has been randomly black screening and losing signal. The only way I've been able to fix the issue is by restarting my entire PC via cutting off the power. The PC itself doesn't crash or go in to recovery mode and it's not overheating either. 

Specs:

AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor 

16.0 GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

Windows10 64 bit

 

I've never had this issue with anything before, and I've played far more system demanding games than Blade and Soul on this PC.
