my Masters pack is gone entirely?

i have the masters pack bought already, upgraded recently from the disciple pack but in game i had found mail relating to those packs but couldnt open them, i left to character lobby and came back to still find i still couldnt use them. i then restarted the entire game to now have them gone completely out of my inventory, im not sure if its a bug or if it comes later on. with everything getting a little hectic on the clients, i may have lost it entirely.. anybody having this issue?
